You will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing troubleshooting assistance, technical training, and product recommendations. Working closely with sales, marketing, and engineering teams, you will help drive product excellence and customer confidence.Provide phone, email, and remote desktop support to customers, troubleshooting product issues in real timeAssist in diagnosing and resolving sound system and audio system failures with precise technical expertiseWork on small projects independently and collaborate with senior specialists on more complex casesSupport sales and marketing teams by offering technical guidance and product insightsParticipate in trade shows, providing hands-on demonstrations and technical supportMaintain detailed documentation of support cases, product modifications, and customer feedbackAssist with product development discussions by providing field feedback to engineering teamsConduct product training sessions for customers, dealers, and internal staffEvaluate and process return authorizations (RA) and manage warranty claimsMaintain and organize the company showroom for customer demonstrationsWhat you bring to the jobYou are someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to those of various backgrounds. You have a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You also come with:A technical diploma or college degree in a related field (electronics, audio engineering, IT, or similar)3-5 years of experience in installation, service, system design, or troubleshooting within the sound or audio industryHands-on experience with EASE, EASE Evac, and EASE Focus (preferred)Proficiency with SMAART software (preferred)Strong knowledge of IP technology and security systems as they relate to audioAdvanced troubleshooting skills and the ability to break down complex issues into simple solutionsExperience working with pivot tables in Excel is a mustStrong time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectivelyNice to have: French or bilingual proficiencyQualified job seekers are asked to apply with attention to Karyn Saunders.
