OverviewInfinity Network Solutions is seeking an Accounting and Human Resources Administrator. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, payroll processing, and human resource administration. This role involves ensuring compliance with financial/accounting and HR policies, supporting employees, and maintaining accurate records for both departments. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and experience in both accounting and HR functions. The role interfaces with the leadership team on day-to-day activities attending meetings as required at least monthly.Key Responsibilities:Accounting Duties:Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate coding and timely payments.Reconcile bank statements, credit cards and financial records monthly.Cash position report to ensure cash management.Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing activities.Maintain accurate general ledger accounts, journal entries, and supporting documentation.Support budgeting and forecasting processes, as well as variance analysis with the Controller.Support the monthly IS, BS, analysis and reporting.Procurement support and compliance oversight; inventory code accuracy by procurement.Inventory and Asset management.Decommissioning equipment accuracy.Vendor master data accuracy.Sales; contract renewals.Human Resources Duties:Manage employee payroll, including data entry, processing, and troubleshooting payroll issues.Oversee employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time-off policies.Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Employee master data kept up to date.Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and onboarding new hires.Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll, benefits, and other personnel-related matters.Support HR initiatives, such as performance management, training, and employee engagement activities.Ensure compliance with workplace policies, including health and safety.Ensures the Company Handbook is kept up to date.Onboarding and offboarding employees- tickets and management to completion.Qualifications:Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance knowledge, with some HR training/experience.Proven experience in both accounting and HR roles.Proficiency in accounting and HR software (e.g., QuickBooks, Humi ).Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and employee benefits administration.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.As the organization grows, the ability to supervise and manage staff reports.Key Competencies:Financial accuracy and analytical skills.Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Strong problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.High degree of professionalism and discretion.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Join us as we strive to create a positive workplace culture while ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.
