We are excited to represent a client promoting a new family law software application as they seek a Customer Success & Product Specialist - Family Law Legal Assistant or Law Clerk to be the first point of contact working with Canadian divorce lawyers and other professionals using this innovative software. Our Calgary-based client offers competitive compensation, work flexibility and professional development as you assist clients in streamlining their intake process, calculation child and spousal support and generating common court forms online.Qualifications: 3+ years experience as a family law legal assistant or law clerk in a law firm or legal departmentProficiency in preparing separation agreements, financial statements, and other standard family law documents and formsStrong knowledge of child support and spousal support calculations (e.g., Federal Child Support Guidelines)Comfortable learning new software toolsExperience with family law tech solutions a plusAbility to clearly explain tech solutions to a variety of users, from novice to advanced Exceptional written and verbal communicationExperience in a customer-facing or client service role is an assetComfortable collaborating across remote teams, balancing autonomy and team communication.Please send your expression of interest to Suzanne at .
