As a Resourcer for NES Fircroft you will be responsible for placing qualified candidates with O&G companies throughout Canada. You will be responsible for the identification, qualification, and matching of candidates to the technical requirements of our clients. What Youll Be Doing: Recruit, interview, evaluate, and place highly skilled technical professionals on a contract, contract to hire or permanent basisDevelop creative sourcing and recruiting resources to expand the talent portfolio and attract qualified candidatesConduct thorough phone and face-to-face interviews to determine candidates qualifications and job requirementsBuild and maintain a quality pipeline through fostering long-term relationships with candidatesProvide consistent communication and career guidance to candidatesSuccessfully review job descriptions and analyze client requirements in order to understand the needs of the hiring manager and technical skills requiredConstructs Boolean search strings to expedite focused candidate/client discoveryCall current contractor workforce / recently placed permanent candidates to ensure quality service is maintained and to seek candidate referralsAttend site visits with Senior team membersEnsures 100% compliance with quality standards as dictated by NES Fircroft, including company quality processes, in-country legislation (including Occupational Health & Safety), and client-specific process requirements What Were Looking For: Strong communication skillsAttention to detailOutgoing & engaging personalityDetermination to achieve objectivesAbility to multi-task and produce results Why NES Fircroft?
