This is a part-time role (20 hours/week) with potential for increased responsibility or transition to full-time as Quilt grows. You'll work closely with our founders and engineers to craft elegant, empathetic experiences for families - particularly adult children managing care for aging parents.You should be a confident generalist, able to seamlessly move between user research, interaction design, UI refinement, and building scalable design systems.
