We work with various female-founded (majority) eCommerce brands in the Beauty, Fashion, and lifestyle industries.We're looking for a team member to join us to lead and execute the creative strategy for our e-commerce accounts. Our ideal candidate is someone who lives for data-backed creative, knows what makes ads convert, and isnt afraid to push the envelope (and the client) to get there. At Bowery Boost, our Creative Strategists use performance insights and brand research to ideate, test, and iterate on winning ad conceptsPitch concepts and lead asset production from idea to deliveryOwn creative performance for various ecomm brandshoning in on what moves the needle (think CPA, CTR, ROAS)Present creative learnings in a way that actually makes senseinternally and to clientsAre proactive collaborators who know when to push back and when to dive inComfortable testing and using new AI toolsYoull thrive here if you're obsessed with what makes creative work, you love a good A/B test, and youve got a sixth sense for storytelling and strategy.QualificationsProficiency in Graphics, Graphic Design, and motion graphicsFamiliarity with design software such as Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere ProA basic understanding of social media landscape and content creationAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid settingSkills in Creative Direction and Creative StrategyStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to multitask and manage multiple projectsExperience in the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industry is a plus
