In this critical role, you will be responsible for processing payroll and managing employee benefits while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. As a Payroll and Benefits Administrator, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate payroll data, addressing employee inquiries, and facilitating year-end processes. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of full-cycle payroll processing experience, with proficiency in payroll software and a strong understanding of the BC Employment Standards Act.
