Applications from other locations will not be considered.Senior Business Development Manager Location: Canada - Remote Job Type: Full-time / Contractor Agreement Reports to: HQ RepresentativeJob Summary:The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating sales and driving revenue growth by selling FX products and services. This role involves identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the CFDs & FX market through various channels.MUST have IB, CPA, or Retail partners network, with an average monthly deposit of 50K - 100K plus.Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients interested in FX products and services.Meet or exceed target sales and objectives for FX products.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.Ensure high levels of client satisfaction to encourage continuous business and referrals.Maintain a thorough understanding of the FX market, including currency trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.Stay updated on industry news and developments to provide clients with relevant information and insights.Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.Negotiate terms and close sales deals with clients.Maintain accurate records and prepare regular sales reports for management.Address and resolve any client issues promptly and effectively.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.Proven experience in selling FX products and services.Strong understanding of the FX market.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
