Job Title: Senior Project Manager and/or Project ManagerLocation: North America (USA & Canda)Employment Type: FulltimeAbout the jobBased on our continued growth, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sr./Project Manager within our Diabsolut division. We are looking for a Sr./Project Manager to join our Professional Services team, who will report to the Director of professional services. While this position is remote, successful candidates will be expected to travel up to 30%, based on the need for the project.As a member of Diabsolut, the Project Manager is a key player in leading multiple IT implementation projects at once. Your role will involve providing consulting, being a subject matter expert, and maintaining and growing client relationships. In addition, you will also be expected to provide leadership in the areas of project monitoring, scoping, delivery, user training and budget management. This candidate will actively participate in critical initiatives impacting change and driving project success. The successful candidate will be expected to work during Eastern hours to serve our North American clientele.Primary Responsibilities:Lead the project lifecycle from initiation to closure while adhering to Diabsoluts Project Management Office (PMO) methodologyManage multiple projects and/or programs while adhering to Diabsoluts Project Management Office and Project Management Institute methodologyManage 5-10+ project team membersLead client team members and partner with internal Diabsolut employees as requiredReport projects progress to Diabsoluts PMO and Leadership teams on an a weekly and as needed basisProactively resolve and escalate issues as they ariseMonitor and manage projects hour allocations, scope and schedule to ensure projects are delivered on-time, on budget and with quality per Statement of Work (SOW) deliverablesManage client weekly status meetings and all project communicationsFacilitate client project steering committees and governance meetings as requiredManage scope, issues and mitigate risk to ensure profitability and successful executionFacilitate change management; execute change control and impact practices for change requestsManage budgets to meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements, contributing to estimates, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actionsAssist in the review and updating of SOW and new opportunity proposalsManage and build working relationships with multiple stakeholders, clients and third party vendorsBe a trusted advisor to the client, understanding the clients end-to-end business, their challenges, goals and areas of future growthBe responsible to improve and enforce Diabsolut's PMO methodologyLead and deploy specific PMO processes, project management tools and recommend improvementsContribute to operational objectives by contributing information and recommendationsIdentify trends, perform reviews, determine improvements and solutions, and implement action plansRescue troubled projectsDeliver training internally on Project Management and PMO processesIdentify training needs and evaluate team members' competenciesProvide mentorship to all Project Managers and guidance to project team members as required, ensuring team members are equipped and able to execute project tasksTravel to the clients site on an as needed basisQualifications:3-5+ years of Project Management experience implementing IT software projects or programs1-2+ years of experience with Salesforce project implementation experience preferablyWorkforce Management or Customer Relationship ManagementEnterprise Resource Planning, Asset Management or integrated IT solutions with Salesforce experienceProject Management implementation experience with project budgets ranging from $250 750K+Requirements and Skills:Advanced project management understanding of scope, resource, quality, risk and issue managementProficiency in using Project Management toolsThorough understanding of the software implementation lifecycleStrong experience in a consulting roleExcellent client and/or account management skillsAbility to interact with all levels of an organization and hands-on experience leading meetingsAbility to build teams and support complex projectsAdvanced time management and organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrentlyExcellent written and oral communication skillsSupport and motivate the project team to a successful project completionAbility to build strong client and vendor relationshipsProblem solving and negotiation skills when handling client escalationsDeliver quality consistentlyOvercome obstacles to meet commitmentsUnderstand clients' business needsEncourage teamwork and take steps to create an environment for effective collaborationConsistently keep employees motivated resulting in effective project outcomesBe responsible for setting effective SMART goals for the teamAssets:Experience as Team Lead or Functional LeadProject Management Certification (PMP, Prince, etc.)Experience writing Statements of Work and/or business proposalsAgile certification(s); such as CSM, SSM, ACP an assetExperience working with, or Project Managing, Salesforce products or Affliates (Field Service, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Certinia) About Diabsolut:We offer innovative Field Service, Salesforce and Certinia solutions to address the business needs of organizations across a wide range of industries.
