Job Description An Account Supervisor plays a pivotal role by demonstrating Canadian market/retailer insights and contributing to the commerce marketing plan. This role provides day-to-day leadership, bridging executional excellence with strategic initiatives, and partners across disciplines to deliver high-quality results. Critical to this role is exceptional business acumen, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to cultivate strong relationships. Crafting clear, focused communications and maintaining a grounded perspective are essential. As a new manager, the Account Supervisor also plays a key role in mentoring and fostering the growth of other team members.
