This role requires a strong leader with extensive experience in condominium management, a deep understanding of industry regulations, and the ability to build strong relationships with boards, owners, and stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the management of a portfolio of condominium properties, ensuring smooth daily operations.Act as the primary liaison between condominium boards, residents, vendors, and internal teams.Provide expert guidance to condominium boards on governance, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the value and functionality of properties.Prepare and manage annual operating budgets, financial reports, and reserve fund studies.Supervise and support property management teams, ensuring high levels of performance and customer service.Negotiate and manage contracts with service providers, ensuring quality service and cost-effectiveness.Conduct regular property inspections and oversee maintenance and capital projects.Handle conflict resolution and address resident concerns professionally and efficiently.Stay up to date with condominium legislation, industry best practices, and emerging trends.Qualifications and SkillsLicensed Condominium Manager (RECA certification required).3 years of experience in condominium management, with a proven track record in senior roles.Strong knowledge of Alberta condominium legislation and property management best practices.Excellent financial acumen, including experience with budgeting and financial reporting.Outstanding leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Valid drivers license and reliable transportationBenefitsCompetitive salary Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.Paid vacation time.
