About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced ERP Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role requires a seasoned professional who excels in driving end-to-end ERP solutions, from client consultation and system design to implementation and ongoing customer support. Responsibilities: Lead client meetings to analyze business processes and requirements. Design comprehensive ERP solutions tailored to client needs. Drive ERP implementations including configuration, data migration, testing, and deployment. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure client satisfaction and system stability. Conduct training sessions and create user documentation for client teams. Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal technical teams to deliver seamless ERP experiences. Qualifications: Proven track record in ERP system implementation and consulting. Extensive knowledge of ERP solutions (experience with popular ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, SYSPRO, or similar is strongly preferred). Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams. Experience in business process analysis, system design, configuration, testing, training, and support. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating implementation risks. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Skills: Experience in industries such as manufacturing, food & bev, distribution, or finance. Project management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum Master) advantageous. Why Join Us?
