We also lead child, youth, and young adult care programs Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions, including ordering tests, prescribing medications, and performing procedures. Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with clients. Deliver health promotion, education, and disease prevention strategies. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless, high-quality client care. Provide well-baby and pediatric care using evidence-based guidelines. Conduct developmental and psychosocial screenings for children and adolescents. Engage in client education through consultations, webinars, and newsletters.
