Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:45 AM to 6:15 PM Position Responsibilities Support customers with special pricing requests in a fast-paced environment using world-class technology. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through phone and email interactions. Identify customer needs, address pricing inquiries and recommend tailored solutions. Schedule appointments with established customers to understand their business needs. Provide insights and feedback from customers to help shape Uline product offerings. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma. Bachelors degree preferred. 2+ years inside sales / call center experience. Strong customer service and communication skills.
