Production Manager Full-time, Perm Salary: TBD ( Based on experience) Location: Quinte Region Benefits, Pension, Bonus We are seeking a Production Manager who will be responsible for managing the assembly production team, ensuring that all products are manufactured to the highest quality standards, and meeting production schedules. Key Responsibilities: Plan, implement and adjust production schedules to meet customer demands and delivery deadlines. Ensure that all assembly processes are performed in accordance with company standards Monitor production metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives Monitor and analyze production data to identify problems and develop solutions Monitors quality metrics to spot problems with materials Collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues Prepare and present production reports to senior management Assist with planning and budgeting process. Manage and lead the assembly production team, including training, and performance management. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by enforcing company policies and procedures. Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production management role Strong knowledge of assembly processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with ERP systems, Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing
