Position: Senior Project Manager (Salesforce CRM Experience) Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid Position) Duration: Long Term Position About the Position: The Client Relationship Management Program Management team is responsible for program and project planning across Client Technology portfolio supporting multiple lines of business to ensure best-in-class CRM capabilities that enable Sales and Banking workflows. We are currently in the middle of a multi-year CRM Transformation program, with objective of migrating ~3000 users across Capital Markets to the strategic Salesforce Financial Services Cloud platform. Must have skills: Need 10+ years of experience in Project Management of small & medium initiatives from start through to conclusion. Preferred to have experience in Salesforce CRM related projects. Must have CRM or Capital Markets domain knowledge 3+ years of experience in Financial/Banking industry Excellent documentation, attention to detail, thoroughness and strong ownership of work Experience with project delivery methods (waterfall, agile, scrum) and implementing methodology changes Experience in project planning, scheduling, reporting milestones (definition, uses, reporting) and dependencies Experience with JIRA and Confluence Nice-to-have: Should have experience working with ambiguity PM or Scrum certification About Iris Software Inc.
