ABOUT ARTERIA Arteria AI is an award-winning, AI-powered documentation infrastructure platform that turns documents into data to enable critical banking processes like trading and lending. Leading banks around the world use Arteria to connect costly, manually-intensive documentation processes to the enterprise automation cycle and surface valuable intelligence to key decision-makers. THE ROLE The Growth team has three core mandates: Accelerate and each stage of the client journey pre-delivery; Service large-scale client relationships with a focus on new product applications use cases; and Unlock asymmetric growth in new markets and industry verticals. The growth team will develop strong competencies across three major areas: Product & technicals Develop a strong understanding of the documentation and unstructured data problem space. Articulate Arterias tech stack and technical differentiators; Design solutions and future-state processes in context of client workflows, process maps, and technical architecture; and Design and execute tailored product demonstrations. Industry context Develop a strong understanding of the finance world (i.e., who does what and what are the key players in each industry vertical); Study relevant workflows and functional processes (e.g., lending, prime, asset-backed securities, etc.) to understand pain points and opportunities; Track the broader FinTech landscape with a focus on adjacent products and solutions; and Generate market-facing insights and thought leadership. Client service & execution Drive engagement strategy and positioning; Deliver targeted pitch decks and quantitative business cases based on public information (e.g., public filings, presentations, interviews, etc.) and private information (e.g., client context and artifacts); Design and lead client meetings and workshops; and Cover cross-functional client relationships with key stakeholders. In addition, the Growth team frequently liaises with leadership and technical teams to advise on product strategy and positioning. The Growth team may also be asked to execute special projects that are accretive to the overall business. The Growth team primarily reports to the Chief of Staff with exposure to leadership (i.e., CEO and CRO). KEY CAPABILTIES Undergraduate degree (business and engineering programs are an asset); Three to five years of relevant experience (consulting with technical exposure is an asset); Strong business acumen and demonstrated interest in technology; Exceptional communication skills (heavy focus on written and oral communication); Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment; Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular focus on deck building (modelling experience is also an asset); High standard for attention to detail; Comfort working in ambiguity; Exceptional work ethic and drive; and Ability to work under pressure with tight timelines.
