This position supports the national Marketing team providing administrative support with production of newsletters & blogs, website content management, legal directory submissions, data tracking, and other projects as required. Key Responsibilities: Assist with production of firm-published thought leadership content including coordinating editorial board review, conflict checks, internal approvals, and translation, formatting for website publication and email distribution, following best practices for SEO and accessibility, and drafting and scheduling social media content. Act as liaison between firm and various directory organizations and coordinate submissions and nominations for all associated awards, listings, recognitions. Assist with managing and updating content on firm website including drafting standard website posts. Track results from email marketing campaigns and input data into internal reporting tool. Assist with the coordination and execution of strategic conferences and events, including logistics, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Creating custom graphics for social media using existing design templates. Performs other related duties as required. What youll bring: College or other post-secondary education, in marketing, or communications or a related discipline. 2-3 years of experience working in a corporate marketing department. Hands-on experience with or ability to quickly learn a range of software applications and platforms, including: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, InterAction CRM, WordPress, Vuture, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Sprout Social. Self-motivated with excellent organization and time management skills with high attention to detail. Resourceful team player who excels in building relationships with colleagues and external vendors. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
