Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, and/or to comply with federal or state law. We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management within an IT environment, with a focus on software implementations and cloud-based solutions. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage cross-functional teams, and strong client-facing communication abilities. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate discussions and influence stakeholders at all levels. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business insights for clients. Anticipate challenges, analyze business needs, and implement creative solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Maintain high standards of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive matters. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of three years of project management experience within an IT environment. PMP Certification is required; additional certifications (e.g., Agile, Scrum Master) are an asset. Strong understanding of IT software implementations and cloud-based solutions. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (MS Project, Planner, Monday). Energy, Oil & Gas experience is preferred. Skills and Competencies: Exceptional ability to manage cross-functional teams and facilitate discussions. Strong client-facing communication skills (both oral and written). Highly organized with advanced time management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive matters with integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
