Digital Delivery Analyst Hydrocarbon Trading & Logistics Calgary, AB (On-Site) Our client, a leader in the hydrocarbon trading and logistics industry, is seeking a Digital Delivery Analyst to support end-to-end deal cycle processes. This role will act as the in-house subject matter expert for integrated trading systems, ensuring seamless operations, process improvements, and business expansion. Key Responsibilities: Provide systems and process support to Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office teams. Act as a liaison between business teams, IT partners, and third-party vendors to prioritize growth opportunities. Oversee functional and user acceptance testing (UAT) for system enhancements and maintenance. Support reporting on system performance, user efficiency, and key process metrics (KPIs). Lead incident investigations and drive continuous process improvements. Educate users on SAP S/4 (IS-OIL, TSW, SCSD, CPE, Contract Management, Inventory Management) and TriplePoint (or similar CTRM/ETRM applications). Qualifications: 3+ years of experience with SAP S/4 (IS-OIL, TSW, SCSD, CPE, Contract Management, Inventory Management). 3+ years of experience with TriplePoint or similar CTRM/ETRM applications. University degree or diploma in Business Management, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong understanding of Hydrocarbon Trading, Marketing, and Logistics processes. Ability to think creatively and analytically to optimize systems and workflows. Additional Details: Work Schedule: 40-hour workweek (MondayFriday), with potential for extended hours.
