We''re seeking an experienced Paid Media Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you''ll be responsible for managing paid advertising campaigns, primarily on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn platforms to drive conversions. Youll execute our paid media plans as part of our growth strategy, liaising directly with agency partners to ensure quality implementation, tracking, and testing in order to deliver results. Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads is required for consideration. Candidates must have hands-on experience in SEM, PPC, or closely related digital advertising fields. Key Responsibilities Develop & execute performance-driven digital ad campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms. Work closely with marketing team and (initially) our external digital media agencies to ensure alignment on goals, strategy, and execution. Manage budgets and bids to ensure optimal spend efficiency and ROI. Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies to maximize conversions. Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics or Looker Studio and provide data-backed recommendations. Optimize full-funnel ad strategies, from awareness to retargeting, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Stay ahead of trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness. Qualifications 3-5 years of hands-on experience in B2B paid media (SEM, PPC, display, and/or paid social). Proficiency with ad platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads. Experience with CRO & A/B testing to optimize conversion rates. Knowledge of attribution models, UTM tracking, and Google Analytics (GA4). Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams. Bonus: Experience with programmatic advertising or B2B SaaS marketing. Why Join the PeopleInsight team?
