Job Posting: Change Management Specialist II Bilingualism required (French & English) Hybrid role (2-4 days on-site per week); fully remote considered for exceptional candidates About the Role We are seeking a Change Management Specialist II to drive successful adoption of change initiatives. This role aligns transformation efforts with organizational goals, ensuring seamless implementation and sustained employee engagement. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute change strategies, stakeholder engagement, and communication plans. Assess organizational risks and readiness, implementing mitigation strategies. Lead change management activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and training strategies. Collaborate with leadership and project teams to drive adoption and maintain engagement. Contribute to methodology improvements, training, and resource development. Qualifications 5-8 years of experience leading change in large, complex IT implementations. Proven success in managing change within global organizations. Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and project management tools. Bachelor''s degree in Change Management, Organizational Development, HR, or related field (certifications a plus). Ability to travel occasionally.
