THE ROLE New Metric Media is seeking a Sr. Manager, Brand Partnerships to help drive the next phase of the companys growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly formed team at the ground level. This individual thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment and is energized by building something from the ground up. Theyre adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in ambiguity as they help shape this evolving function. This person will be responsible for driving revenue growth through brand sponsorships and new licensing opportunities across New Metrics current and upcoming content. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in developing and executing sponsorship deals, building and maintaining strong partner relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Development Develop and implement sponsorship and licensing strategies that drive long-term growth. Partnership Sourcing & Revenue Growth Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities for existing and new shows/brands. Create compelling sponsorship packages aligned with brand and partner goals. Negotiate and finalize partnership and licensing deals in compliance with company and industry standards. Relationship Management Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with sponsors and licensees. Maintain a detailed database of prospects and active partners, tracking communications and preferences. Serve as the main point of contact for sponsorship and licensing inquiries. Continuously engage with partners to gather feedback and expand collaboration. Licensing Partnership Management Manage and grow existing partnerships (e.g., Puppers beer, Gus N Bruno whisky) to maximize mutual value. Cross-Functional Collaboration As a team of one to start, work closely with Development, Production, Live Events, Marketing, and E-Commerce to identify and execute partnership opportunities. QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of experience in sponsorship sales, licensing, business development, or related fields. Proven track record of securing high-value sponsorships and meeting revenue targets Experience selling or developing partnerships around entertainment content, ideally in comedy. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and foster long-term relationships. Excellent presentation and communication abilities. Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and innovative approach to monetization. Highly organized with strong project management and multitasking skills. Professional, reliable, and service-oriented. Passionate about TV/Film and the digital media industry. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed. Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
