Client Manager Trading Systems Toronto (Hybrid) Are you an experienced Client Manager with deep expertise in trading systems and capital markets ? The Role As a Client Manager , you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, guiding them through every stage of the lifecycleincluding implementation, ongoing support, and growth. This role requires strong relationship management, strategic thinking, and crisis resolution skills , as well as the ability to collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project deliveries. ''The ideal candidate will have a background in delivery, implementing trading and risk systems, before transitioning into a client-facing role.'' Key Responsibilities Manage and grow relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted adviser. Work closely with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions. Analyse client data, market trends, and business performance to drive decision-making. Navigate complex engagements and resolve challenges proactively. Identify and capitalise on business opportunities to drive growth. Provide expert guidance on trading systems and financial software solutions . Lead strategic discussions and present value-driven solutions to clients. What Were Looking For Strong experience in the financial software, banking, or consulting sectors . Strong expertise in trading systems and capital markets . Experience managing complex client relationships and delivering solutions in financial technology . Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills . Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives. Fluency in English is required.
