Job Description Insight Global is seeking highly skilled Application Support Engineers for a global banking client based in Toronto, ON. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in .NET application development and infrastructure support in a Windows .NET environment for SQL. Qualified candidates should have experience with web server configurations, connectivity (Connect Direct/NDM/SFTP), and Windows security. There is a heavy focus on DevOps CI/CD in the development lifecycle, as you will be working closely with development, QA, and operations teams to manage release schedules and resolve any deployment issues. In this role, you will need to build and maintain APIs, configure and manage SQL and web servers. This role supports business-as-usual AML work and must ensure compliance with risk information security protocols. Responsibilities: - Application Development: Design, develop, maintain application in .Net Windows using SQL and web-based solutions for performance and reliability. - Infrastructure Support: Provide technical support for Windows application infrastructure, manage connectivity protocols, and maintain Windows Security measures. - DevOps CI/CD: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and plan/coordinate application releases to ensure smooth deployment. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
