Title : Reliability Engineer- Engine Programs & Accessories Location: Montreal, Canada (Onsite) Salary: Full Time Must have Key skill Aero Engine Domain, LRU specialist, Project Management, Aero/Accessories Reliability Analysis Max 2-5 years of experience in LRU Reliability Analysis, Project Management /stakeholder management. Key words : Component Reliability or Aircraft Part Reliability or Engine Part Reliability or Aircraft Electronic Device Reliability ( alternate search words for LRU) Job Description Summary Under general supervision, responsible for measuring and analyzing the reliability of the design, materials, processes, cost, and final products of production. Measure reliability necessities of new products and materials. Advises design engineering team on selection of materials. May also recommend changes in the selection and application of production components. Maintains procedures for failures, analysis, and corrective actions. Has knowledge of ideas, practices, and processes for a specific field. Act as the focal point of contact for customer engineering Establish clear priority to the technical specialist Prepare, and present the LRU reliability data Act as the coordinator to determine the need for investigation for the reported field events Lead effectively the investigation of LRU unplanned removal for root cause and corrective action plan Reviewing supplier data, identifying gaps and come up with an action plan Meet the target dates for component maintenance manual) review, validation, and approval Provide the required support to engineering changes, overhaul shop, and quality
