About the job We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects. The company is a seed-stage, stealth-mode rocket ship on a mission to accelerate adoption of zero-knowledge proofs. They are building a cost-efficient and performant marketplace for proof generation, where the supply is a distributed network of GPUs, FPGAs and ASICs around the world. Theyre looking to bring on a Web3 Marketing Manager for them to drive the marketing strategies and initiatives that promote their product and communicate their value proposition to target audiences. Content Creation: Create engaging and informative content to educate and attract the web3 audience. Develop content for various channels, including websites, blogs, social media, whitepapers, and email marketing. Community Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with the web3 community, including users, influencers, and industry partners. Engage in relevant channels, social media groups, and events to increase brand visibility and foster community participation. Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement. Utilize various channels, such as social media, paid advertising, email marketing, and content marketing, to reach the target audience effectively. Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights. Build relationships with other web3 projects, influencers, industry associations, and media outlets to expand the organization''s reach and credibility. Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends, developments, and regulatory changes in the web3 industry. Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, competitive landscape, and user preferences. Bachelor''s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. ~3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry is a plus. Experience in Web3 Infrastructure project is a plus! ~ Knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and smart contracts is preferred. ~ Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing strategies. ~ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. ~ Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and platforms. ~ Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. ~
