Senior Legal Counsel, Commercial5-10+ Years (Mississauga/Hybrid), 12-Month ContractALT is partnering with a Canadian-owned business that provides data solutions in the financial services industry to hire a Senior Legal Counsel. This role works closely with the entire legal department, including the VP Legal and Chief Legal Officer. It is a 12-month contract.In this role, you will draft and negotiate complex commercial and technology service and licensing agreements, support M&A transactions, and advise on legal and business matters.
