Job Title

Our Vaughan client needs a Supply Chain Master Data Analyst for a permanent role. This is hybrid role with 3 days onsite in our Vaughan office.The successful candidate will support the supply chain workstream in master data management. This includes creating inventory item master, managing change requests, validating completeness of data and adherence to standards.Maintain, review, and monitor supply chain master data for accuracyReceive and process inventory item master creation and change requests from regionsValidate data for completeness, adherence to standards, and eliminate duplicatesAssist in assigning categories and other item attributesCollaborate with regions and departments to troubleshoot inventory item requestsLoad inventory item data into Oracle FusionSet up inventory items in JD EdwardsAssist in assigning items to inventory organizations, pricing groups, and cycle countsEnsure consistency of item numbers across multiple systemsParticipate in system roll-outs and implementation/upgrade projects for supply chain solutions/modulesPerform comprehensive tests, including end-user reviews, for supply chain-related solutions/modulesQualifications: Education:College diploma or university degree in business administration, computer science, or management information systemsWork Experience:3+ years of relevant experienceRequired Knowledge:Strong experience supporting supply chain modules/solutionsBeneficial experience with Oracle Fusion SCM and JD EdwardsProficient in importing data for reporting, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow chartsExcellent understanding of organizational goals and objectivesFlexible and adaptable in learning new technologies and solutionsFluent in English
