We are currently hiring a Territory Sales Manager position within our Safevision Division in Ontario! Whats in it for you? What youll do: Executes sales strategies, marketing plans and develops a proactive sales plan which create a competitive advantage that delivers long-term partnerships with profitable growth. Plan and schedule customer seminars and/or other sales support activities necessary to drive sales growth Plan and execute prescription safety eyewear presentations, demonstrations and meetings for Health & Safety, Human Resources & Purchasing professionals within the assigned region. Demonstrates problem solving skills, ability to conduct needs analysis on a customer-by-customer basis to ensure appropriate safety solutions are found and employed. Follows all safety policies and procedures within Hoya, our customer locations and the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Maintain a high level of relevant optical product knowledge with a solid understanding of potential safety hazards within customer environments. Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers, prospects and SafeVision team members by being available and responsive to customers real-time needs. Collaborates with the Team, sharing best practices, provide support and ensure key performance indicators are met; attend sales meetings and meet with direct reporting Manager on a regular basis. Qualifications: 3-5 years of Industrial Safety Sales Experience with a proven track record Fluently bilingual preferred (written and spoken), with excellent communication skills in French and English Advanced computer proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook/Adobe/SF.com).
