Were now expanding into key markets in Southwestern Ontario.We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to help lead our growth efforts in Ontario & expanding our portfolio of clients.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and prospect multi-residential properties.Secure tenant placement mandates through structured outreach and relationship-buildingConduct discovery calls, presentations, and contract negotiationsCollaborate with the CEO and expansion team to refine market entry strategiesMaintain clear records of activity, pipeline progress, and signed mandatesRepresent RentBolt with professionalism and credibility in the Ontario marketQualifications2-4 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, real estate, or a related fieldDemonstrated ability to build and close new business relationshipsStrong communication, organizational, and negotiation skillsComfortable with outbound prospecting and independently driving deal flowFamiliarity with the Ontario rental or real estate market is a strong assetSelf-motivated and able to work independently with accountabilityCompensation & StructureBase Salary + Commission + Bonus Total Compensation: $55,000 + Commission & BonusOTE: $75,000 - $85,000 Location & Work EnvironmentCandidate should be based in Toronto, Hamilton, Kitchener or London.
