Responsibilities Conduct community assessments and develop effective treatment plans for patients (Non MVA files) Evaluate patient needs and ensure that they receive the necessary care and support Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner Identify patient needs for assistive devices and coordinate their delivery and installation Requirements Masters degree in Occupational Therapy (preferred) Minimum 2 years experience as an Occupational Therapist ADP Authorizer is preferred but not required Excellent communication and critical thinking skills Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (in good standing) What We Offer Salary: $165,000 - $218,000 per year Part-time and full-time opportunities available Sign-on bonus: $3000 Ongoing support and professional development
