As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every member is treated to exceptional service, culinary excellence, and a truly memorable experience.Key Responsibilities:Lead with Excellence: Oversee all aspects of dining service, ensuring every member receives personalized, attentive, and flawless service, every visit.Anticipate Member Needs: Foster a culture of anticipating member preferences and needs, ensuring each dining experience is unique and personalized.Staff Leadership & Development: Train, mentor, and lead staff to meet and exceed high standards of service. Empower your team to deliver exceptional, seamless service while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.Timely and Efficient Service: Ensure that service timing is impeccable, from coordinating reservations to managing service flow and the precise delivery of courses.Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of culinary excellence by working closely with the kitchen and ensuring the perfect presentation of each dish.Maintain the Clubs Reputation: Uphold Seymour Golf & Country Clubs reputation for professionalism by ensuring that every detail, from ambiance to service, meets the club's expectations.Innovate and Adapt: Stay ahead of service trends and member preferences, introducing new ideas and practices that elevate the overall experience at the club.Handle Member Concerns: Proactively address and resolve any issues or concerns, ensuring that every members experience is handled discreetly and professionally.Ideal Candidate Qualifications:Positive Attitude: You bring a proactive, problem-solving mindset to every situation and maintain a positive approach in all circumstances.Self-Motivation to Excel: You are driven, with a strong desire to exceed expectations and to constantly raise the standard of service and operations.Proven experience in a leadership role within a high-volume fine dining, Club, or luxury hospitality environment.Requisite Skills: Strong understanding of high-level service standards, with the ability to inspire and lead a team to meet them consistently. Skilled in managing operations, staff, and member interactions effectively.Wine Knowledge & Education: In-depth knowledge of wine, wine pairings, and a passion for educating staff and members about wine.
