The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in commercial building construction with prior experience working with contractors. This individual must have an exceptional eye for detail and the ability to handle a diverse range of tasks within tight deadlines. Should have experience in in architectural, civil, mechanical and electrical estimate for various buildings like, industrial, commercial and multifamily apartment building.Key Responsibilities:Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial building projects.Estimating in roads and bridges project are a plus.Collaborate with contractors to ensure project alignment and cost accuracy.Utilize Bluebeam and PlanSwift software for estimating and take-off tasks.Review and analyze construction drawings and specifications.Support cost management and control throughout the project lifecycle.Work on projects encompassing civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.Qualifications:Must have a degree/diploma in civil engineeringMust have experience for the commercial building construction industryPrevious experience with Contractor is mandatoryLRT Experience is a plus.Must have Estimating and Quantity take off experienceFully Versed with Bluebeam and PlanSwift software.Excellent attention to detail3 to 5 years of Canadian experience is mandatory.Must have experience in estimating in all 3 disciplines (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical)CEC or a PQS Designation is a plusAdvanced knowledge of MS Excel is required.Why Join Pryco Global Inc.?Be part of a growing, reputable company.Work on diverse and challenging projects.Contribute to projects that shape infrastructure and communities.How to Apply:If you meet the qualifications and are excited about this opportunity, please submit your resume and cover letter to with the subject line 'Application for Estimator Pryco Global Inc.'We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
