Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Director - Business Development and Client Success, the Client Manager will be responsible for managing inbound sales leads, developing new business opportunities, and fostering strong client relationships. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a passion for customer service and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, providing accurate information and solutions. Identify, qualify, and develop potential leads through various channels (outbound calls, email campaigns, social media). Prepare and present tailored quotes based on client specifications. Close sales and contribute to overall revenue goals. Actively seek and generate new business opportunities. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and service. Collaborate with internal teams, including Project/Program Management, Engineering, and Permitting, to meet client needs. Attend client sites and trade shows to build relationships and promote services. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and industry trends. Ensure all work aligns with health, safety, and employment standards. Perform other duties as required. Qualifications & Experience: Experience in Client Management or Inside Sales, preferably within the sign or related industry. Proven track record in prospecting, closing sales, and managing client accounts. Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical audiences. Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Skilled in negotiation and relationship building. Experience working with Construction Managers, Designers, and Marketing professionals is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (Monday.com preferred).
