Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role involves executing multi-channel marketing strategies, overseeing resident education initiatives, and ensuring effective stakeholder engagement. The Director will guide a team to deliver impactful campaigns, optimize promotional efforts, and align marketing initiatives with organizational objectives. Your responsibilities will include:Execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to achieve organizational goals.Define measurable outcomes and oversee the preparation of internal and external reports showcasing strategic successes and metrics of marketing initiativesLead a high-performing team to execute multi-channel campaigns and educational programs that enhance residential communities awareness.Oversee the planning and execution of advertising, events, and school programs to improve participation.Ensure stakeholder communications are aligned, impactful, and consistent across various platforms.Manage organizational events, sponsorships, and partnerships to strengthen engagement.What you bring to the jobYou are an expert in brand management, market research, and behavior change marketing.
