Our search team consists of approximately 30 professionals, and we readily partner together on mandates and openly share best practices and learnings. LHH has leaders across Canada in all major cities (including Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, Halifax, Calgary, and Vancouver) with over 300 employees and associates to ensure depth, breadth, and scope of expertise.THE OPPORTUNITYAs a result of our continued growth, we are looking for a Partner to join our collaborative and accomplished executive search team and play a lead role in expanding our national search practice. Our colleagues are experts in finding, assessing, and delivering transformational talent to meet both the permanent and interim leadership needs of clients. As our practice leads for Executive Search, you will successfully guide clients and candidates to provide an efficient and high-touch experience from first introduction all the way through on-boarding and beyond.This opportunity will appeal to goal-oriented individuals with integrity and team spirit who are looking to further develop their career with a national leader. Partners are responsible for proactively identifying, securing, and sustaining strong client relationships that will allow the firm to increase its market share in search and other practice areas representing our full breadth of human capital solutions.We are a supportive, well established, and tight-knit group of colleagues, excited to further build out our dynamic and growing team.
