In this role, you will be responsible for driving the technical aspects of our IFS solutions, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. Provide expert guidance on ERP solutions that meet their needs.Technical Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert on our ERP products, offering insights and solutions that enhance client satisfaction and drive adoption.Project Management: Lead the technical aspects of ERP implementation projects, ensuring that all milestones are met on time and within budget.Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product management, and development teams to ensure that client needs are communicated and addressed effectively.Training & Support: Develop and deliver training sessions for clients and internal teams on technical aspects of the ERP system. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback on product performance and relay insights to the product development team for continuous improvement.Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, implementation plans, and user guides.MUST Have Experience & Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Experience in technical solutions role or ERP implementation consulting role with technical expertise roleMUST Have Skills & Attributes:Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g. IFS, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) and related technologies. Familiarity with database management, cloud solutions, and integration tools.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and devise practical solutions.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.Residing and legally eligible to work in either the USA or Canada.
