Multimedia Team Lead, CalgaryOur client, a leading Real Estate and Investment firm, seeks a talented Multimedia Team Lead to join their Calgary creative department.What you will do:Lead and mentor the Multimedia team to deliver high-quality projects on time.Oversee multimedia production (long and short form video), including scheduling, permitting, risk management, and brand continuity.Review and approve all content before submission to senior leadershipCreate project briefs, manage resources, and work within project budgets.Collaborate with stakeholders to guide creative workflow and maintain brand alignment.Manage digital asset systems and recommend workflow improvementsDirect talent during filming and select shoot locations.Manage the studio, equipment, and asset inventoryIdentify workflow and team efficiency improvement opportunities.Proactively present creative concepts aligned with strategic goalsEnsure the creative product meets brand guidelines and client expectationsWhat you will bring:Bachelors degree or diploma in media production, digital media, or a related field.Proven multimedia video production expertise (portfolio required)5+ years of video production, editing, and photography experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership roleReal estate industry experience is an asset.Proficient with video camera equipment, including DSLRs, professional cameras, GoPro, lenses, lighting, etc.Drone operator certification is a plus.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, DaVinci Resolve)Experience producing social media content, with a focus on mobile-first short-form videos.Strong creativity, problem-solving, storytelling, and editing skills.Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.Experience with stacked composite images in real estate & architectural photographyWillingness to travel across Canada and the United StatesWhat our client offers:Our client values integrity, honesty, and support.They will provide opportunities for growth and encourage bringing your whole self to work.Competitive compensation package includes group benefits, GRSP matching, and a discretionary bonus program.Commitment to a strong, safe work environment.
