The Job Preparation and Placement Counsellor (JPPC) works with a wide variety of local employers on behalf of clients to place them in employment opportunities. The JPC provides employers with information, specifically, to advocate the advantages of hiring clients from the employment services and the value that they bring to their organization. Continually develops job placement opportunities for program participants while promoting clients of diverse backgrounds through Job Carving, Job Development, and Job Matching by assessing fit with the position and organization.
