We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for clients, responsible for managing relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional service. If you are passionate about building strong client relationships, driving results, and leading projects to success, wed love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining long-term relationships.Lead client meetings to understand their goals, objectives, and challenges, providing strategic recommendations and solutions.Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that align with client goals and drive business growth.Coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, media, and development) to ensure smooth project execution and on-time delivery.Oversee the day-to-day management of multiple client accounts, ensuring campaigns are executed on budget and within timelines.Provide regular updates and performance reports to clients, ensuring they are informed of project progress and results.Lead and mentor junior account managers and team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to provide clients with valuable recommendations.Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities, contributing to business growth and client satisfaction.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in account management, client service, or related roles, ideally within a marketing, advertising, or agency environment.Proven track record of managing client relationships and leading projects to successful outcomes.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, with excellent time-management skills.Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive, client-focused approach.Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to mentor and support team members.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Opportunities for career development and advancement.Health insurance, paid time off, and other employee benefits.A collaborative and supportive work environment.Flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance.
