Their all-in-one event management platform helps event marketers create engaging and impactful conferences worldwide. They are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and hands-on Director of Demand Gen to drive new business growth.In this role, youll lead the strategy and execution of paid search, ABM, SEO, outbound, and website conversion optimizationworking closely with sales and product teams to fuel pipeline and revenue.Responsibilities:Developing and executing demand gen strategies to hit revenue goalsManaging multi-channel campaigns (PPC, LinkedIn Ads, ABM, SEO, etc.)Optimizing lead generation, conversion rates, and marketing spendAligning with sales to ensure high-quality leads and pipeline growthLeveraging martech tools (HubSpot, Salesloft, SEMrush, etc.) to capture demandQualifications:10+ years of marketing experience, with 5-8 years leading demand genDeep expertise in paid media, SEO, ABM, and lifecycle marketingStrong analytical skills with a data-driven mindsetHands-on experience with marketing automation and sales toolsExcellent communicator and cross-functional collaboratorIf this sounds like you then please apply!**Please note - only qualified applicants will be contacted.
