The company has developed a unique expertise in a number of areas, including real estate, engineering, tourism, education, transportation, etc. SmartPixel leverages video game technologies by capitalizing on their graphics, interactive strategy and above all, enjoyment, to provide solutions to its clients specific needs. SmartPixel employs over 30 staff at its head office in Montral. The Business Developer role at SmartPixel At SmartPixel, we would be nothing without our successful Sales team. We are seeking a qualified technical Business Developer to help us sell turnkey interactive solutions, including software applications and hardware audiovisual equipment that our customers have grown to rely on. The ideal Business Developer will be a driver, energetic, creative, social, technical and open minded professional, as well as having a strong understanding of our sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The position will require the capacity of traveling locally and internationally to attend meetings, trade shows and various types of events. The Business Developer s responsibilities Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business; Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities; Prepare professional, complete, and concise strategies, presentations and proposals, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations; Generate leads by calling, emailing, networking and going to events; Collaborate with the Marketing department to provide creative ideas on how to generate inbound leads; Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos remotely and in person ; Develop and maintain cross-functional relationships to ensure overall success of your projects. The ideal Business developer will have the following skills 5-9 years in sales within a software-solution and real estate setting; Knowledge of the preconstruction and real estate marketing; Very fluent in French and English (international clients); Experience in the proptech industry; Experience in marketing is a strong asset; Experience with 3D Art is an asset ; Artistic sense and creativity are assets ; Owns/has access to a vehicle to meet client; What we offer at SmartPixel Flexible working hours; Group insurances (telemedicine services included); Employer contribution to RRSP; Reimbursement of a fixed amount of cell phone charges; Reimbursement of Internet charges; Ongoing training available; Professional social activities.
