SUMMARYThe Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing and increasing market share for E-T-A Engineering Technology products within an assigned territory. Responsible for sales growth of these products through independent sales reps, distributors and/or direct to OEM customers. Create target accounts, set efficient and effective sales call plans and penetrate OEM accounts to achieve maximum sales potential. Provide technical training and assistance to customers, prospects, manufacturer representatives and distributors. Prepare reports to management on sales activity. Responsible for annual sales forecasting, competitive intelligence, and new business opportunity tracking.We are looking for someone located in Ontario or Quebec.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze assigned sales territory considering corporate market strategy, identify strengths and weaknesses, develop territory sales plans to meet forecasts, strategic objectives and development of new business. Create target accounts, set efficient and effective sales call plans and penetrate OEM accounts to achieve maximum sales potential. Provide technical training and assistance to customers, prospects, manufacturer representatives and distributors. Prepare reports for management on demand and maintain a record of customer sales activities in the company CRM.
