We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused bilingual Client Service Representative to join our team. This role is key in ensuring that we meet the needs of students, instructors, and employers. If you're passionate about providing outstanding customer service and want to make a positive impact, we'd love to hear from you!Primary Function:The Client Service Representative is responsible for delivering excellent customer service to students and employers by ensuring smooth operations in course registration, client inquiries, and administrative support.Key Responsibilities:Provide exceptional customer service to clients, instructors, and volunteers.Register students for first aid courses, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.Collaborate with the team to respond to customer requests via telephone, email, fax, website, and in-person interactions.Close and balance the debit/credit terminal at the end of each day.Maintain and update files in the company database as required.Support the SJA Management team by attending recognition events and other key activities.Assist other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations.Qualifications:Fluent in both English and French.Post-secondary education or diploma in administration or an equivalent combination of training and experience.Previous experience in administrative duties, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is an asset.Strong background in customer service with excellent presentation and communication skills.Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and client satisfaction.Why Join Us?Be part of a dynamic and collaborative team.Opportunities for growth and career advancement.Contribute to a company that values its clients, employees, and community.
