Located in Woodbridge, Ontario and offices in Montreal, Quebec, we are a leading beauty care and small kitchen appliances company with brands such as Conair, Cuisinart, and BabylissPro and we service the retail and professional markets in Canada.The Position:We have an exciting opportunity for a National Account Manager in our Beauty & Home division.The National Account Manager develops and maintains strong working relationships for a group of national accounts to drive sales and growth for assigned brands and product lines.If you are looking for an opportunity to join a thriving, dynamic organization with an entrepreneurial spirit and an action-oriented culture, then this role is perfect for you.Responsibilities:Manage a group of national accounts in the retail sector through building/maintaining strong relationships, effective planning, and identifying opportunities for new sales and growthAchieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targetsGrow business through strategic account management.Explore and target new business opportunitiesManage customer trade spend with the goal of maximizing return on investment.Prepare and present reports that track progress against business objectives.Create, present, and manage the execution of promotional programs. Evaluate the effectiveness of executed plans/programs. Track and measure account POS to ensure successful program sell through.Forecast SKU level product requirements.Achieve budgeted goals set by management.Work cross-functionally with other departments and divisions to ensure commitments to customers are met and resolve issues as they ariseAttend trade shows as requiredMinimum Qualifications:Bachelors Degree / College Diploma, preferably in Business or Marketing7 10 years experience in a senior sales role managing national accounts (retail industry)High degree of commitment to relationship building and customer satisfactionExcellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer serviceAbility to work independently within a team environmentStrong time management skills, sense of urgency, and excellent follow-through on projects/programs/tasksOutstanding analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skillsStrategic thinker and able to develop long term-plans for retailers, channels, and products Strong understanding and knowledge of e-commerce Results oriented and focused on achieving sales targets and KPIsStrong attention to detailProficient with MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, TeamsKnowledge of SAP an assetWhat we offer:We offer a hybrid-working environment and an attractive compensation package including extended health benefits, life insurance, and a defined contribution pension plan.
