The Events & Guest Services Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that guests and visitors have a positive experience at our office, managing onsite and office events, maintaining common areas, and providing backup reception coverage. Responsibilities: Track and coordinate guest and visitor activities to maintain a professional and welcoming environment. Update content reels and screens in shared office areas. Support all onsite staff and client events and requests. Manage conference room bookings and coordination. Plan and organize socials and events.
