Embrace our culture of diversity and inclusion, where we respect and value everyoneResponsibilitiesProduction Planning and Execution:Manage operational activities to achieve efficient and effective execution and delivery of results.Coordinate production operations across multiple shifts, ensuring adherence to production schedules and budgets.Focus on optimizing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to maximize productivity.Leadership and People Management:Provide leadership and direction to the production and process teams.Set individual objectives, review performance, and provide ongoing feedback.Motivate and coach employees, fostering teamwork and ensuring staff are capable of achieving set objectives.Develop the team and maintain a positive team environment.Reporting:Develop and monitor relevant KPIs to maintain insight into performance against targets.Monitor performance indicators, including variance reports, production reports, quality reports, safety reports, and sustainability reports.Quality / HSE Compliance:Ensure all activities comply with HSE and quality regulations, procedures, and guidelines.Promote awareness of safety and quality standards, addressing any anomalies promptly.Include accident metrics and global safety initiatives.Operational Excellence:Identify and implement improvements to systems, processes, and practices to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.Develop tactical plans to improve operational performance.Focus on operational excellence initiatives to optimize productivity, safety, and quality.Sustainability and CAPEX Sponsor:Lead sustainability initiatives, focusing on CO2 reduction and energy efficiency.Sponsor and oversee CAPEX projects to ensure alignment with sustainability goals and operational efficiency.QualificationsEngineering degree or equivalent qualification with relevant field of studySolid background in manufacturing with 6- 7 + years of experience in production managementProficiency in Microsoft Office solutions
