Embrace our culture of diversity and inclusion, where we respect and value everyoneResponsibilitiesEnsures the accuracy of deliveries from the team according to Skretting procedures (labeling, dating, FIFO principles, etc.) and oversees placement into warehouseIn charge of inventory accuracy and assets though stock take / inventory controls and monitor / root cause analysis and actions in case of variationsWorks closely with other functions (production, planning, S&OP, Purchasing) and production facilities to ensure that adequate and appropriate inventory and storage is available to meet customer demands. Takes actions to remedy as needed.Resolves complex issues arising from variances with relevant parties (suppliers, production, customers, customer service, finance and 3rd parties)Oversees the accurate and timely data entry of all warehouse and related activities into software applications and databasesOversee the Warehouse Operations & ComplianceDevelops, maintains and documents, policies, processes and procedures and ensure safe and legally compliant warehousing and logistics operationsEfficient and cost-effective storage and movement of materials and products within the warehouse and throughout the production system.Analyses and reports on the performance, capacity, and volume of warehousing activities for use in short- and long-term strategic planningEnsures the warehouses, internal fleet and all processes and procedures are compliant with insurance, legal licensing requirements and with any national, state and local regulations.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification with relevant field of studySolid background in warehouse with 6- 7 + years of experience in warehouse managementProficiency in Microsoft Office solutions
