The Opportunity As a Wild Fork Sr. Sales Leader, you will play a pivotal role in managing our team of brand ambassadors. Providing guidance, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum. Main Responsibilities P&L accountabilityEstablish and achieve the highest standard of store executionCreate an inspiring team environment with open communication, high energy and respectful cultureOffer sufficient resources and autonomy to build trust and ownershipFocus on delivering TOP of the line customer experience by sharing your passion for food and becoming a product expertHire, retain, develop and mentor a high performing team of employeesMaintain and replenish inventory, staying in communication with the distribution center and commercial team regarding store specific needsDevelop a plan strategically designed to bring in more customers and increase their basket sizeProvide training to improve the knowledge base and utilize cross-training to maintain productivity when employees are absentConduct regular audits to ensure the store is presentable and can function properlyMake sure all employees adhere to companys policies and guidelinesMaximize productivity through effective schedulingManage controllable costs to keep the store profitableEnsures the store is maintained in accordance with all health and safety regulationsActively participates in store-based initiatives designed to enhance community involvement and enhance the store's image as a supporter of community activitiesConsistent and effective communication to lead the team, including one-on-one coaching, huddles, metrics, product knowledge and corporate policies and proceduresIdentifying future talents and putting together development plans to support their progressionExecute other related duties as assignedWork Experience Requirements, Education, Knowledge, Skills And Abilities: 5+ years of retail and restaurant experience, with at least three years of progressive management experienceProven success in coaching and training employeesStrong Leadership skills and business acumen (P&L)Strong understanding of sales drivers (P&L) and Customer ServiceExcellent organizational, Communication, interpersonal and analytical skillsExcellent team building and team participation skillsExperience with recruiting and performance evaluation processesAbility to delegate tasks to other team membersBe determined and deliver superior results with a sense of urgency, time management, and prioritizationSystems capabilities preferred: SAP, Microsoft OfficeTreat it like you own it Take ownership and responsibility to be successfulActs with respect and values other opinionsEntrepreneurial mentality, self-motivated, positive, and adaptableStrong cognitive skills, including problem analyzingDemonstrated ability to meet and work within a budgetAbility to meet seasonal peaks, workloads, and deadlinesThe availability to work a flex schedule, working various hours and shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.Must pass a background testPhysical Demands and Work EnvironmentPhysically able to exert up to 50 pounds of forceOccasional exposure to extreme temperatures walk-in freezersStand/walk for up to 8-10 hoursFrequent movement within the store to access various departments, areas, and products
